These rules exist not to restrict you<\/strong>, but to protect what we\u2019re building together\u2014a space where every member feels safe, respected, and genuinely welcome<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By joining and participating in Takoda Wahya Community Hub<\/strong>, you agree to these rules. Ignorance of them is not an excuse. They apply equally to everyone, without exception<\/strong>\u2014including staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If something isn\u2019t explicitly covered here, moderators will use common sense<\/strong> and the spirit of these rules to make decisions. Those decisions are final, though you may always appeal respectfully<\/strong> via a private message to a moderator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are all Wahya. We are all Takoda. Act like it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcdc Respect & Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Treat every person with basic human dignity.<\/strong>
    Every member\u2014regardless of origin, nationality, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, belief, sexual orientation, disability, or background\u2014deserves respect<\/strong>. This is non-negotiable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Respect does not mean agreement.<\/strong>
    Disagreement is welcome here. Debate is welcome here. You may challenge ideas, question beliefs, and argue your position\u2014as long as you do so with arguments, not attacks<\/strong>. Critique the idea, never the person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Hate speech is never an opinion.<\/strong>
    Stating that a specific group of people\u2014by race, gender, culture, religion, nationality, or any other characteristic\u2014is inferior, dangerous, or deserving of harm is not a valid argument<\/strong>. It is hate speech and will be treated as such.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. No harassment, bullying, or mockery.<\/strong>
    This includes repeated unwanted contact, public humiliation, targeted insults, and sustained negative attention. A joke at someone\u2019s expense that they did not invite is not humor<\/strong>\u2014it\u2019s mockery. We don\u2019t do that here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. No discrimination of any kind.<\/strong>
    This community is built on the belief that every person belongs here<\/strong>. Discriminatory language, slurs, and dehumanizing content directed at any group will result in immediate action<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udcdc Age & Participation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Minimum age to participate is 16 years old.<\/strong>
      This aligns with Discord\u2019s Terms of Service and our commitment to a mature, respectful community<\/strong>. Lying about your age will result in a ban.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      \ud83d\udcdc Content Rules<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. No sexual content of any kind.<\/strong>
        Artistic nudity (non-sexually explicit)<\/strong>\u2014such as classical art, tasteful illustrations, or SFW anatomical studies\u2014belongs only in #art-mature<\/strong>. Sexually explicit content, even if “artistic,” is prohibited entirely<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. No spam, illegal content, or unsolicited self-promotion.<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Spam:<\/strong> Repeated messages, excessive emojis, or disruptive behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Illegal content:<\/strong> Pirated material, copyright violations, or anything prohibited by Discord\u2019s ToS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Self-promotion:<\/strong> Only allowed in #creative-showcase, #upcoming-streams, #game-reviews<\/strong>, and the specific #mods<\/strong> channels for each game category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Rule:<\/strong> One link per message, and it must be relevant<\/strong> to the channel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • AI content: Deepfakes or non-consensual AI-generated content are banned.<\/strong>
          This includes AI-generated harassment, fake nudity, or voice clones. Respect and consent<\/strong> are paramount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Respect boundaries in DMs.<\/strong>
          Unsolicited messages or harassment in private chats may result in action<\/strong>. If someone makes you uncomfortable, report it<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Debate controversial topics respectfully.<\/strong>
          Political, religious, or sensitive discussions are allowed if civil<\/strong>. Moderators will intervene if conversations turn hostile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Always credit creators.<\/strong>
          Plagiarism or claiming others\u2019 work as your own is prohibited<\/strong>. If you share someone else\u2019s mod, art, or project, give credit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          \ud83d\udcdc Art & Creative Content<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. #creative-showcase is open to all artistic expression.<\/strong>
            Paintings, drawings, photography, crafts, poetry, digital art, music\u2014all creativity is welcome<\/strong>. Content must be your own or properly credited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Artistic nudity belongs in #art-mature.<\/strong>
            Classical nudity, life drawing, and fine art photography are welcome only in #art-mature<\/strong>. The line is intent<\/strong>:\n
              \n
            • Artistic nudity<\/strong> = expression, craft, or the human form as subject.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Sexual content<\/strong> = arousal or explicitness. This has no place here.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              1. Help each other generously.<\/strong>
                Whether it\u2019s a modding question, a creative block, or someone having a tough day\u2014this community is stronger when we show up for each other<\/strong>. Kindness IS<\/strong> a superpower.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Humor is welcome\u2014mean humor is not.<\/strong>
                Memes, jokes, and playful banter are encouraged. But if the joke requires someone to feel bad<\/strong>, it\u2019s not humor\u2014it\u2019s cruelty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                \ud83d\udcdc Moderation & Enforcement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                1. Moderators are volunteers, not enemies.<\/strong>
                  Staff give their time freely to keep this space healthy. Treat them with respect. Arguing with or insulting moderators will be treated as a conduct violation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Enforcement is proportional.<\/strong>\n
                    \n
                  • Minor violations = warning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Repeated\/serious violations = temporary mute or ban.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Immediate bans<\/strong> for hate speech, illegal content, or sexual content involving minors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • You may appeal.<\/strong>
                    If you believe a moderation decision was unfair, appeal calmly<\/strong> via DM to a moderator or in #mod-help. Hostile appeals will not be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
